Ducharme Consulting Services is located in Rhode Island and is available for consulting throughout the United States.
Dr. Dan is an 18-year industry veteran who has worked across nearly every facet of the revaluation world: data entry, analysis, real estate, motor vehicles, building permits, levy support, custom reports, extracts, and operational tools.
His background is unusual because it combines assessor-side experience, revaluation company leadership, CAMA software development, database and systems administration, and formal computer science research.
